Well the Memory Bugs Newsletter is out and this is my layout from it. We had the dark brown chocolate card and ribbon, 7G pp and red vellum to work with. Red vellum. I havent used vellum in a really long time. So for all the millions of people that read my blog *cough* I challenge you to pull out that old vellum stash and to use some!

Last weekend I went to spotlight to buy some black material to make a backdrop for some Christmas photos. I got the kids matching white tshirts for the shoot. My trouble with this is I take pretty ordinary photos. Oh well. Hopefully I will get 1 nice one. Its all I can hope for! LOL! 😛

So I have a job interview on tuesday. I am excited about this. You see at the moment I work full time and I am losing my child minder so childcare costs are going from $280 per week to $380 per week. I cant justify working 40 hours for $175. Thats like $4.75 an hour. So the interview is at Armaguard and it is a 6pm start for the shift. I didnt want to work weekends as Steve and I would never see each other, so needless to say I have all my fingers, toes, legs, arms, etc, crossed.

Well when we weaned Luke of the dummies the other week, it only took him 2 days to forget about them. So we have commenced the dreaded toilet training. Today is day 3. Yesterday he had no accidents at all, oh except for the poo first thing in the morning. What a shame I was in the shower so Steve had to attend to that! LOL! 😉 He is doing really well. I am glad I waited until he was ready. He was showing all the signs like hiding when he had to go etc.

I got the Remember When Newsletter today and it had this quote:
As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn’t supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it’s harder every time. You’ll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken. You’ll fight with your best friend. You’ll blame a new love for things an old one did. You’ll cry because time is passing too fast, and you’ll eventually lose someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you’ve never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you’ll never get back. Don’t be afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin. ~anonymous~
I thought it was just beautiful and wanted to share.

Anyway, thats it from me, my house is a mess so we are spending the better part of the day getting it back into order, just another reason why I cant work during the day. I miss the kids and the house is going to ruins! EEK!

Thanks for stopping by and take care!!! 🙂
