Because it’s actually really easy to make soap, I decided to make another batch. This time I wanted to try a milk based recipe.
I found one over at HubPages, thanks Pinterest for allowing me to find all these really cool things.
Ingredients:
800g olive oil
200g coconut oil
320g coconut milk
138g lye
150g shredded coconut
This time I didn’t over-blend it and it was a really nice custard like consistency which meant it was easier to pour into the mould.
And then to be fancy schmancy, i added some more shredded coconut to the top.
And now for the agonising six week wait.
