Well, life has been great of late. I am enjoying my new job, especially the hours! I really look back on the last 4 1/2 years and I can’t believe I did night shift for so long. The best part is not being so exhausted all the time. I am back to my old self. And I feel fantastic!
Now for some layouts! I started this layout so long ago I can’t remember! LOL! But I remember buying this record just for the cover. And magically, record covers are 12×12! Perfect for a base of a layout! And I forgot to put a title on this layout. Ah well, you get moments like that!
Back in April, I went on a retreat. It has taken me this long to finally do the journalling on my layouts so I can share them! I ended up scrapping five layouts, but since one of them has other people’s kids on them, I won’t share it here. But here is the other four:
In family news, Kate received a principal’s award from school! I was so happy for her! She has never received one and so it was a big deal around here. (Luke on the other hand has received them two out of three years!)
And before I go, just one more photo. It’s my favourite at the moment. It’s technically bad, but I don’t care, I just love the kids faces. Bunch of pork chops that they are! I took it when we went for a bike ride around the lakes at the Riff.
